Connecting with my Companion?

Hello,

I'm trying to connect with my djinn companion, but I have trouble meditating and going into trance. Does anyone know any reliable tips for meditating and attaining trance states?

Okay, a few minutes ago I was laying in bed trying to meditate while listening to my companion's enn. I don't think I was in a full trance, but I had images and fantasies about having karezza sex with a woman who had blue skin. I guess this might be progress.

I have 13 spirits and 3 demons,soul bound to me and I've never meditated but what worked for me was sexually bonding with all my spirits and demons for 60 days,twice what I've been told to do. I telpathicly talk to my spirit family everyday,hope this helps.
